About us
Local knowledge. Global perspective.
We are a specialist real estate agency operating in the Lot department of south-western France. We help French and international clients — including Dutch, Belgian, British, American and other buyers — find their ideal property, with guidance provided in their own language.
The name Prince Immo is inspired by Domaine du Prince, run by our friends and neighbours, winegrowers whose wines have honoured the Cahors appellation for more than three centuries. According to legend, an ancestor of the Jouves family once delivered wine to the King of France, or perhaps even to the Tsar of Russia.
On his return, the villagers nicknamed him “Lou Prince” (“the Prince”), because he had been close to a king. This nickname is still used today by some of the old families of Cournou.

In addition to property searches and sales, we offer tailored relocation services, including tax advice, access to healthcare, assistance with administrative procedures such as driving licences and residence permits, help finding schools, and support setting up utilities and services such as electricity, gas, internet and telephone.
We also support clients with their professional plans to start a business and with their local advisory needs, connecting them with trusted partners to make their move easier and help them establish lasting roots in the region.
How we work
Local, not remote
We live and work here. We know the villages, the prices, the notaires and the tradespeople.
In your language
English, French and Dutch — before the sale, during it, and long afterwards.
Beyond the sale
Relocation, family, tax and business questions are part of the same service, not an afterthought.
Trusted partners
A local network of accountants, lawyers, insurers and artisans we work with regularly.
